Practice Makes Permanent

When practicing Disc Golf, it’s so important to practice how you actually play in a round. So us a marker, take your time on every throw. Go through your routine. Each time you practice you are conditioning yourself for the future. If you hit a run of poor throws in practice, stop! Take a breather and get back into positive thoughts and visualisations of yourself making accurate shots. Then step back into your routine. If you concentration is vaining, then take a break. Your performance on and off the course must be at it’s best as much as possible and this will be reflected in your scores!
