It's fair to say the Aviar Putt & Approach is the world's most popular putter. It's made of soft, chain-gripping plastic, and it's stable in the wind. While it's neutrally stable when used as a putter, you can also throw it hard and it will act slightly understable, which can be really useful on some approach shots. Definately a good starting point for beginners.
