Delivery
You can select your desired shipping option when you place your order. The delivery cost is automatically calculated and discplayed for you at the checkout (before you enter you payment details / method). The delivery cost is minimal, determined by the size and weight of your order.

1st Class Post
Available for weights of 50g up to 2kg

Standard Parcels (within 3-5 days)

1st Class Post
Orders are dispatched with 24 hours of receiving your order by Royal Mail Packetpost, and are normally delivered within two days.
As the products may not fit through a letterbox, if there is no-one in, you will be left a card, and will need to contact Royal Mail to rearrange delivery for another day or collect the package from your local depot or post office.
In the event that your delivery does not arrive as expected and you have not been left a card, let us know. Please note however that we must allow three weeks from the expected delivery date before we can send a replacement or cancel the order and process a refund.
Standard Parcels
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order by Royal Mail and are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. A card will be left if there is no-one in when the parcel is delivered. You will then need to contact Royal Mail to rearrange delivery for another day or collect the parcel from their depot. The package will normally be returned to us after a week. In this case we can then resend the order, but a another delivery charge will apply.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
Orders are despatched within 24 hours of receiving your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed to be delivered the following working day (not Saturdays or Sundays) by 1pm.
A card will be left if there is no-one in when the parcel is delivered. You will then need to contact Royal Mail to rearrange delivery for another day or collect the parcel from their depot. The package will normally be returned to us after a week. In this case we can then resend the order, but another deliver charge will apply.
Timed Deliveries
We may be able to offer specific timed deliveries, such as before 9am, before noon, or Saturdays, at additional cost - please contact us to arrange this.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands (and other beautiful off-the-beaten-track places)
Delivery times may take a little longer, but rest assured the goods will get to you in due course.
