Delivery

We offer a number of delivery options; you'll always see the available options and charges on screen before you enter any payment details. The delivery cost is automatically calculated for you (determined by the weight of the order, including  packaging).  -  This is the fairest method because you pay the actual cost for postage and packaging.

 

Summary of Delivery Options, Weights and Prices for UK Addresses

1st Class Post

Available for weights of 50g to 1.5kg

Our P&P rates start from as little as £2.50

Extra 70p for Recorded Delivery (optional)

 

Standard Parcels (within 3-5 days)

Available for weights of 1.5kg to 20kg

Parcel post prices start from just £8.00

 

Guaranteed Next Day (by 1pm)

Available for weights of 50g to 10kg

Prices start from £6.00 (Max £22.00)

 

 

1st Class Post

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Packetpost, and are normally delivered within two days. A signature is not required upon delivery (unless you opt for 1st Class Recorded, additional 70p).

As the products may not fit through a letterbox, if there is no-one in, you will be left a card, and will need to contact Royal Mail to rearrange delivery for another day or collect the package from your local depot or post office.

In the event that your delivery does not arrive as expected and you have not been left a card, let us know. Please note however that we must allow three weeks from the expected delivery date before we can send a replacement or cancel the order and process a refund.

 

Standard Parcels

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
A card will be left if there is no-one in when the parcel is delivered. You will then need to contact Royal Mail to rearrange delivery for another day or collect the parcel from their depot. The package will normally be returned to us after a week. In this case we can then resend the order, but a another delivery charge will apply.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

Orders are despatched within 24 hours of recieving the order by Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed to be delivered the next working day (not Saturdays or Sundays) by 1pm.

A card will be left if there is no-one in when the parcel is delivered. You will then need to contact Royal Mail to rearrange delivery for another day or collect the parcel from their depot. The package will normally be returned to us after a week. In this case we can then resend the order, but another deliver charge will apply.

 

 

Timed Deliveries

We may be able to offer specific timed deliveries, such as before 9am, before noon, or Saturdays, at additional cost - please contact us to arrange this.

 

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands (and other beautiful off-the-beaten-track places)

Delivery times may take a little longer, but rest assured the goods will get to you in due course.
