Try taking a day off from Frisbee once in a while... by doing this you can learn to become more insightful about the ways of the disc. Maybe go swimming instead?
Yeh, swimming is really good for your joints and flexibility! I swam 120 lengths in 60 minutes yesterday! Then when I played disc golf today - the T-Bird flew like a dream, peaches and cream. Parked it next to the basket again and again. The weather was awefully nice mind. I think I'm going to go swimming again ASAP. I'm waffling here to see if anyone actually reads this. You see, I just don't know if these musings are hidden away in the site or if people find them and actually bother to read it on - like you have. Thank you so much (please let me know if you read this and whether you think it's of any value to anyone). And try swimming! front crawl, back stroke, breast stroke, use the floats too to work the legs. Do some butterfly if you know how. Swimming is really good for thinking time too. All the different positions make you think in different ways. That's what I find anyway. My posture feels really good today too - swimming must be really good for the spine I recon. Swimming and Frisbee are my favourite activities I this week. I like most sports, it's just that they go really well together. I'm going swimming again on Thursday with the kids, and then next week I'll go alone and rattle off another 120 lengths. I'll aim to do it in under 59 minutes. Thanks again. Chris
