The course took place at the Dolphin Centre on Tuesday 3rd July. Everyone got stuck in and worked hard to perfect the backhand with skip and roll curves, plus giving it a 'bit of mungage' to do the air-bounce. The forehand skills came along nicely and the catching skills improved immensely as we progressed through the games and drills. The course was geared up for staff working mainly with Key Stage 3 to 4, so there was an extra emphasis on advanced techniques. The hard work made the game of Ultimate Frisbee a great success, with the standard of play being very high and fast-paced. Well done to all who took part!
