Our approach to recruitment in the first instance is simply to invite people to select themselves into our orbit.

Applicants must possess at least one level 2 NGB coaching award and have experience in playing Disc Golf and/or Ultimate Frisbee competitively. Applicants need to be reliable, hardworking, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be well presented and have aspirations to work in a managerial role. Prospective employees must also hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. 

Experience in the sports coaching sector and the ability to evaluate students’ performances is essential and applicants will need to have attendanded a Sports Coach UK Child Protection workshop. Continuing professional development and a willingness to enhance personal skills is very much a part of any role within Catch the Spirit.
