Here at Catch the Spirit we just love making discs fly - like really fly, the more spin the better. We love playing amazing games of throw and catch. Everywhere we go we keep finding loads of people who have a similar kind of passion too. Often this is 'sleeping' inside until they get inspired and Catch the Spirit with us! Our job is to provide an outlet for this and help people to positively express themselves in the 'Way of the Frisbee®'. Simple as that.

Chris O'Brien (founder of Catch the Spirit) bought his first flying disc when on a school trip to London back in 1989. The disc served him well until one day a dog got hold of it and chewed it up quite badly. About 12 years later, at the age of 24, Chris bought an Aerobie Superdisc. He loves to play games of throw and catch with friends, family and just about anyone else who was up for a good chuck about. 

Chris found that all sorts of people enjoyed playing so much they quickly became converted and wanted to get a 'tool of freedom' of their own. Chris he purchased a small stock of the world's finest discs and began selling them to people... the beginning of Catch the Spirit. He then began working in schools and built a team of passionate and energising disc throwers. Find out more about Team Catch the Spirit.
