Tim Galloway wrote a great book in the late 1970's called 'The Inner Game of Tennis'. about...
Some years later he went on to apply these principles and concepts to golf and wrote another book called 'The Inner Game of Golf'. For anyone who plays Disc Golf competitively, this book is definately for you.
If you haven't got time to read the book, our advice is to just be at one with the disc, the basket and all things....
