Who is Fred Risbee?

By the way, for those of you who don't know, Fred Risbee was, and is, the first ever Frisbee® man...   He's a Red Indian from British Columbia, Western Canada. 100's of years ago he played throw and catch with his friends and family using hand-crafted flying discs.  His best friend, Mr Moose, is a freestyle specialist.
