We exist to promote disc sports and encourage people of all ages and walks of life to step up and have a throw! We endeavour to equip people with basic and advanced skills, new knowledge and insights and superior quality discs and equipment to make their experience as enjoyable as possible while pushing the boundaries of performance potential (by taking one small step at a time!)

Catch the Spirit Ltd is a privately funded enterprise with offices in North Shields, Tyne & Wear in the North East of England. CTS operations are spread throughout the UK with a growing network of energising and highly skilled coaches!

CTS has it's origins from the work of Chris O'Brien, the founder, working as a sole trader coaching Frisbee with scout groups and schools since 2004 until establishing a limited company early in 2007. At this time CatchTheSpirit.co.uk was launched and all efforts focused on the Disc Sports for Schools program.

Catch the Spirit has continued to grow organically in this direction ever since and has now developed a super duper on-line Frisbee shop that provides the world's finest discs to Disc Golfers, the Ultimate community, Freestylers, Schools, Charities and Local Authorities, Businesses and even Dog Walkers!
