Disc Golf Tournament, Bristol.

October 14th, 2011
Play Disc Golf on 22nd & 23rd October 2011, at Ashton Court Estate, Bristol. It is the top 16 national matchplay championship. Running alongside there will be a fun matchplay tournament which is open to all.

It would be great to see you there and promises to be a really fun event. The course is looking in top condition and we are up to 30 players currently signed up, I would really like to to increase this (max 72). You are welcome to play just one day either Saturday or Sunday if you can’t make both days. There will be a wide range of abilities playing from some total beginners to the UK’s finest! Everyone is welcome to take part.

If you are coming from out of town there is camping available next to the course at parsonage farm and we’ll be having a social dinner in the Dovecote pub on Saturday evening.

If you do want to come please register on the website or take a look for more info;

October 21st, 2010

USA won the 2010 Presidents Cup again! The President’s Cup is like the Ryder Cup for Disc Golf! USA v’s Europe. USA have always won by a hefty margin. We should be proud of Team Europe, represented by high calibre scandanavian players… but maybe the missing link is a British player! So come on young Disc Golfers of Great Britain! Pick up a disc and get out there to practice, then before too long maybe you could help Europe to raise the trophy!! Anyway, congratulations team USA and team captain David Greenwell.
